Youth Programs
Growing up today comes with a lot of pressure. Our youth programs offer a space where young people can slow down, move their bodies, connect with others, and learn tools that support emotional resilience, confidence, and self-awareness — skills that last far beyond the yoga mat.
Teen Yoga Club
Cohort 1: March 23rd to April 27th
Cohort 2: May 4th to June 8th
Mondays | 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Duration: 6 weeks, one 60-minute session per week

45 minutes: Movement practice (Rhythm Yoga)

15 minutes: Reflection / Discussion Circle (Building resilience, confidence, life skills)

Format

Week 1 | Mind-Body Connection -- how yoga helps us notice how we feel in our body

Week 2 | Understanding Stress -- how to use breath and movement to stay calm

Week 3 | Confidence is a Practice -- how yoga helps build confidence

Week 4 | Handling Tough Moments -- using breath to help 'pause' before reacting

Week 5 | Friendships & Boundaries -- using tools from earlier weeks to think of boundaries as a form of self-respect

Week 6 | Finding your Rhythm -- identifying at least 1 strength they discovered about themselves (parents are invited to come early and listen)

45 minutes of yoga structured by each week's theme

15 minutes of reflection/discussion based on theme, opportunity to share
