When it’s chronically stressed, no amount of nutrition, exercise, or positive thinking can fully override its signals. Mind-body health coaching works at the level of regulation—where biology and psychology meet—so both mental and physical interventions actually work

Physical foundations, including energy systems, hormones, digestion, inflammation, and nutrient status, and incorporate functional labs if applicable.
