Intro to Yoga + Wellness Coaching

  • Immersive and rhythmic music-driven to help quiet the mind

  • Easy-to-follow flows (no yoga experience needed)

  • Optional freestyles, playful movement, or dancing it out

  • Savasana with weighted eye mask

  • Small classes -- no more than 15 yogis

  • NO MIRRORS to ensure no criticizing
